Transfers and swaps in Sweat Wallet normally settle in seconds. If yours hasn't, here is how to read the situation.
The explorer shows "Successful" but my balance didn't update
If the blockchain explorer shows your transaction as Successful with the correct destination address, your funds are safe on-chain — what you're seeing is almost always an app sync delay. Try: update the app, force-close and reopen it, and switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data. Balances usually catch up within minutes.
My transaction has been "pending" for a long time
Network congestion can delay a transaction by minutes. If it has been pending for more than a few hours:
- Don't retry the same transfer while one is pending — you may end up sending twice.
- Contact support with the transaction hash: open your in-app transaction history, tap the transaction, and copy the hash (a long string starting with a letter/number mix — it is not your wallet address). The hash lets the team locate the exact transaction on-chain.
"I need BNB/ETH for gas"? No.
In Sweat Wallet, gas on every supported chain (NEAR, Ethereum, Base, Arbitrum, BSC) is paid in $SWEAT — you never need to buy the destination chain's gas token. Just keep a little liquid (non-staked) $SWEAT available for fees.
