First, know this: the ad is optional. Watching the rewarded ad gives you a discount on the claim gas fee, but you can always pay the small fee directly in $SWEAT from your Available balance instead. If the ad won't load, that's your fastest path.
The ad won't load or play
- Disable any VPN, ad-blocker, or private DNS — they block the ad provider.
- Turn off Low Power / Battery Saver mode and enable Background App Refresh.
- Switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data.
- Update the app and restart your phone.
- Ad availability can vary by region and time — try again a bit later, or pay the fee in $SWEAT.
Claiming keeps failing even though I watched the ad / have gas
- Make sure you have some Available (non-staked, NEAR-chain) $SWEAT — if all your $SWEAT is locked in Grow Jars, there's nothing liquid to pay the fee with.
- Retry after a few minutes — brief network congestion is common.
- Switch networks (Wi-Fi ↔ mobile data) and retry.

If claiming still fails after these steps, contact support with your username, the exact error text, and a screenshot — repeated claim failures need an account-level check.
