To turn $SWEAT into money in your bank account:
- Register on a crypto exchange that supports SWEAT. Centralised exchanges currently listing SWEAT include KuCoin, Gate.io, Bitget, MEXC, Bitvavo, Kraken, HTX and others. (Note: OKX and Bybit no longer list SWEAT — OKX delisted it in March 2026, Bybit in May 2026.) Decentralised options: Rhea Finance, Uniswap, PancakeSwap.
- Send your $SWEAT to your exchange account. Use the exchange's SWEAT deposit address on the NEAR network for the fastest and cheapest transfer (Ethereum is also possible via multichain send on some exchanges). See "Sending $SWEAT to an exchange" for the details and safety checks.
- Sell SWEAT for your local currency, or for USDT/USDC and then to cash.
- Withdraw to your bank or card following the exchange's instructions.
Availability of specific exchanges varies by country — pick one that operates in yours. Sweat Wallet itself charges no fees for sending; you only pay the small gas fee (in $SWEAT) and whatever the exchange charges on its side.
