Sending $SWEAT to a crypto exchange is one way users cash out. Getting the network right is the critical part — a wrong-network send can be unrecoverable.
Step by step
- On the exchange, open the deposit page for SWEAT and check which network that page actually offers for SWEAT. Do not assume a network — support for tokens and networks varies by exchange and changes over time.
- Copy the deposit address the exchange shows for that network — and the memo/tag too, if the exchange requires one.
- In Sweat Wallet, use Send, paste the address, and make sure the chain you're sending on matches the deposit network exactly.
- Start with a small test amount if you're unsure.

Before you rely on it arriving
- Confirm on the exchange's own listing or deposit page that it accepts SWEAT deposits on the network you are sending from.
- You can verify the transaction on a block explorer (e.g. nearblocks.io for NEAR) using your transaction hash from the in-app history.
If it hasn't arrived
Exchange crediting can lag the blockchain by a while. If the explorer shows the transaction as Successful to the correct address, the funds left your wallet correctly — from there, crediting is on the exchange's side, so contact the exchange's support with your transaction hash. If the explorer does NOT show it, or the address/network was wrong, contact Sweat support with the hash and details.
