Jar Boosters are temporary upgrades for a Step Jar: an active booster adds extra APY for a set number of days, and some boosters include a small $SWEAT deposit. The exact boost, duration, and deposit vary per booster and are always shown before you activate it.
How to get boosters
- Daily Booster — free, collect once a day from the Earn tab. Available to everyone, no subscription needed.
- Streaks — completing a 7-day streak in the Earn tab unlocks a Streak Booster.
- Referrals — when an invited friend qualifies, both you and the friend receive a Jar Booster.
How they work
Collected boosters are stored in your booster inventory in the Grow tab and do nothing until you activate one. Only one booster can be active at a time — activating a booster while another is running is not possible, so time them to your walking plans.
Boosters stack on top of your Step Jar's base rate (up to 10% APY on the free tier, up to 20% with SWEAT MAX), letting any user push their yield higher.
