This error means the key your app is signing in with is not — or is no longer — a key on that account.
If you have just opted in to $SWEAT in the Sweatcoin app
The account may still be catching up.
- Wait 5 minutes

If you are signing in with a 12-word secret phrase
Only your most recent secret phrase works. If you ever changed the phrase inside Sweat Wallet, every earlier phrase stopped working at that moment — use the newest one.
If you are being asked for a phrase you never created, see I'm asked for a 12-word secret phrase I never created, or my phrase isn't accepted — wallets created with Google or Apple sign-in never had one.
If you are signing in with Google or Apple
Use the same social account you created the wallet with, or one you later added in Profile → Security. A social account that was never linked to your wallet does not open it — it creates a new, empty wallet instead.
If none of this gets you in, contact support with your phone make and model, your OS version, the Sweatcoin email linked to your account, and the exact error text you see.
