$SWEAT is a token generated by your movement. You can only mint $SWEAT by validating your steps through the Sweatcoin app.
$SWEAT is native to the NEAR blockchain and can also be sent on Ethereum and other supported chains (Base, Arbitrum, Binance Smart Chain) directly from Sweat Wallet using the multichain transfer feature. Always make sure you select the correct chain when sending — sending to an address on the wrong chain may result in lost tokens.
