Sweatcoin is a centralized app for people who cannot access, or do not want to access, crypto. The Sweatcoin app validates your steps, which can be converted into sweatcoins (akin to “Air Miles”). You can exchange sweatcoins for goods and services in the Sweatcoin marketplace. Alternatively, you can choose to donate them to a range of charities. Sweat Wallet is a non-custodial crypto wallet application that allows users to manage their Sweat tokens, as well as other assets in the future. $SWEAT is a new, decentralized crypto asset created to unlock the value of your movement.
Connecting your wallet to Sweatcoin
Your wallet only mints $SWEAT once it is connected to your Sweatcoin account. Connect it from the Earn component on the Sweat Wallet home screen, then confirm the connection dialog in the Sweatcoin app.
"Connect to Sweatcoin" does nothing on a brand-new wallet
If you have just created the wallet and the connect step silently does nothing, the wallet's registration on the network can still be catching up — this can take a day or more. Retry later instead of creating another wallet; making more wallets does not speed it up. If it still fails after 48 hours, contact support.
