How do I delete my Sweat Wallet account and my data?

Last updated on Aug 24, 2026

There is no in-app self-delete for Sweat Wallet — deletion is processed manually on request. To request it, contact support with the email address linked to your account and your Sweatcoin username, and ask for account and data deletion. Both details are needed to identify the account.

A few important things to know before you do:

  • Transfer your $SWEAT out first. Deletion is irreversible on the app side: you lose access to the wallet through the app, so treat any remaining $SWEAT, active Grow Jars, and pending rewards as lost.
  • The blockchain address itself cannot be erased. A wallet is an anonymous public address on the NEAR blockchain — the public ledger is immutable by design. What deletion removes is your app access and the personal data linked to your account; the address itself holds no personal information.
  • Simply uninstalling the app does not delete anything — your wallet stays on-chain and your tokens remain safe as long as you keep your login (activation email / seed phrase).

Deleting your data on the Sweatcoin side

Your personal data lives with your Sweatcoin account, and you can delete that yourself in the Sweatcoin app: Profile → Settings → Help → Account → Delete Account.

Formal data-deletion requests (GDPR / CCPA)

Right-to-erasure requests are processed manually by the team — submit them through support with the email linked to your account and your Sweatcoin username. Each request is handled by a person rather than automatically, and you will be told once the deletion is complete.
