How do I report a scam, and what are Sweat's official channels?

Last updated on Jul 16, 2026

Scammers impersonating "Sweat support" are common on Telegram and other social platforms. The rules that protect you:

  • Sweat support will never message you first on Telegram, X, Discord, or any social platform.
  • We will never ask for your seed phrase, private keys, backup email link, or login codes. Anyone who does is a scammer — no exceptions.
  • We will never ask you to send funds to a "verification", "unlock", or "synchronization" address.
  • There is no "wallet recovery service" that can restore a lost wallet for a fee — Sweat Wallet is non-custodial and nobody can do this. Recovery-for-payment offers are always scams.

Official Sweat channels

The official communities are on X (Twitter), Discord, Reddit, and Telegram — always reach them via the links inside the Sweat Wallet / Sweatcoin apps or the official website, not via search or DMs. Support happens in-app (chat with support / MIA), never through private messages on social media.

Found an impersonator?

Report the account through the platform's own report function, and tell us in-app support with the account handle and a screenshot — the team escalates takedowns. If you already shared your seed phrase or backup link with a scammer: treat the wallet as compromised and immediately move your funds to a new wallet.
